Tips:

·       All foods ingested on the detox should be organic, so as not to add to the toxic load on the liver

·       The following organic fruits and vegetables on your detox will help to heal your liver: red apples, mango, blueberries, asparagus, celery, lemons, lime, fruit, spinach, Brussel sprouts, beets, cucumbers, garlic, cilantro, bananas, carrots,
and ginger

·       The following whole grains are high quality and will support your cleanse: Gluten-free oats, quinoa, wild or

brown rice

·       Dragon fruit is sweet (like a combination of kiwi and pear) and can be purchased at most grocery stores including Wal-mart

·       Homemade salad dressings are easy to make using applesauce, honey, and lemon juice

             ·       Healing is not always pretty; it is a process. During the cleanse, you may experience bumps or small pimples on the skin; You may smell chemicals coming out of your body or experience a headache for a time…these signs are all good! Don’t give up!

             ·       It takes some time to cleanse the liver because as it releases its toxins into the blood, they recycle several times through the liver before they are completely removed from the body; Be sure that you are
staying regular because the last thing you want is for the toxins that your liver is releasing to continue to be recycled through your system

             ·       If you get uncomfortable symptoms, take an Epsom salt bath

·       After
your detox, consider water fasting and/or this Energy Booster for maintenance:
2 C water, 1 T Black Strap Molasses, 1/8 t cayenne, and fresh lemon juice

·       This
detox can be lengthened or repeated as often or as long as necessary until you
are happy with the results and feel your best
