Loon Lake Summer Festival August 13
All are welcome!

By Deanne Darlene Impecoven, V.P. Loon Lake Historical Society

The Loon Lake Historical Society Board has been dreaming of holding a Loon Lake community festival for three years. Our dreams were shattered in 2020 and 2021 as the event had to be cancelled due to COVID restrictions for events and, more specifically, museums. We believe we are finally free to proceed with the festival in 2022.

The Loon Lake Summer Festival will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Old School House at 4000 Colville Road in Loon Lake. It will be a family-friendly event.

This first annual festival will offer the Loon Lake community, and all of Stevens County, a venue to unite in fellowship. It will be a place where we can share common attitudes, interests, and goals in a festive manner for one day. The larger goal is to have that fellowship perpetuate and bring us together as a community the other 364 days of the year.

We are looking for community members and those outside of our community to make it a fun and festive day for everyone. We welcome the following groups to register to host booths and provide family-friendly entertainment:
